Noblesville Sister Cities fosters international relationships through cultural exchange, youth engagement, and community development. Our trilateral agreement between Noblesville (Indiana), Nova Prata (Brazil), and Cittadella (Italy) encourages cooperation in government, business, and relationship building.

Our Cities
Located in the mountainous south of Brazil, Nova Prata is a major agricultural region surrounded by natural beauty. Many families trace their roots to Venice, sharing ancestral culture with Cittadella.
The heart of our Sister Cities program. Noblesville is a vibrant Indiana community that has championed international friendship and cultural exchange since 2007.
Situated in the historic north of Italy, Cittadella is a major fortified commune surrounded by ancient walls. Many families trace their roots to Brazil, sharing ancestral culture with Nova Prata.
Program
Each summer in July, the three sister cities take turns hosting students, chaperones, and delegates. The rotation means each city hosts every three years — Cittadella hosted in 2023, Nova Prata in 2024, and Noblesville will host in 2025.
Students are paired with a host student and stay with that family for the duration of the exchange. It’s the best and most immersive way to fully experience local culture and build incredible relationships that last a lifetime.
